What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay using credit/debit card, Paypal, ApplePay, AFTERPAY and various other methods.
What currency are your transactions processed in?
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Use the currency switcher in the top right corner to get an idea of pricing in your country's currency.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. Orders over $80 include FREE shipping within Australia. Shipping to all other countries is a flat rate of $20 AUD. We are not liable for any customs or duty payments on international orders.
What method of postage/shipping do you use?
We make use of both Australia Post and couriers depending on your location.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
We will generally ship items within two business days after receiving payment. Australian orders will generally take between 1-7 days to arrive. For international orders, shipping times vary. If you require your items quicker, please see below.
Can you send me my items via express post?
If you need your order quicker than normal, please let us know by contacting us. We can send you your items via express post, however, extra charges will apply.
