When will my order ship?
We know you want your orders fast! Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. There may be occasions where it takes a little longer and if this is the case, we will be in touch.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $150AUD. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $10AUD. Other international rates vary depending on product weight and destination, and these rates will be calculated and displayed at check out.
What is my tracking number?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder or email us at email@example.com.
How can I make a payment?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and AfterPay. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
I placed an order and did not receive any invoice or confirmation.
You should receive an order confirmation via email within 1-2 hours of your order being placed. If you did not receive anything, please check your spam folder. Otherwise please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
I have a voucher or discount code, how do I apply it to my order?
Enter the voucher or discount code in the 'Discount Code' box during checkout and click 'Apply'. Please note that during sale campaigns where the prices of all products have been reduced, discount codes will be disabled.
I am unsure if a product or size is right for me. Can you help?
Yes, of course. Although sizing and measurement charts are included on our product pages, we know that sometimes choosing the right size can be difficult. An A2 gi in one brand is NOT the same as an A2 from another brand.
So please reach out to us via email at email@example.com and include some details like the height and weight of the person that the product is for, and we'll be more than happy to assist.
How do I exchange or return a product?

I received the wrong product.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service - info@theatlasbrand within 72hours of receiving the product.
I already washed or used my item, can I still return it?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or washed. All items need to be new, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
